Island Breeze is managed by our local strategic partner on St. John. Our goal is to assure that your visit to Island Breeze and St. John goes perfectly.

The management team is first-rate and is responsible for housekeeping, villa maintenance, and coordinating all services, including spa cleaning and gardening.

Before your trip:

A greeter will contact you 2–3 weeks before your arrival to get information on your flight and your rental car arrangements. They will ask if you need any special preparations at the villa and will make sure they have correct contact information for you and that you know how to contact them.

When you arrive:
Your greeter will meet you at the ferry or wherever you have arranged during your call. He/she will help you get your rental car and will escort you to Island Breeze. There is no extra fee for this service.

Where is Island Breeze located?
Island Breeze is located in Lower Carolina on Cedar Lane. Enjoy easy access off Centerline Road on a paved road. It is in a small private neighborhood of 7 houses. Island Breeze is the 4th house on the right (do NOT go left up the hill). The Island Breeze sign is on the left outside the gate. It is about 7½ miles from Cruz Bay and only a mile to Coral Bay restaurants and shops. 

Getting settled in:
Once you arrive at the villa, your greeter will help you get settled in, make sure you know the codes to the driveway gate and to the Wi-Fi, answer any questions you have, show you the Island Breeze Guest house book (be sure to add your suggestions before you leave) and information resources for your use — and leave you to start enjoying yourselves. 

Thereafter, they are available and on-call to you if you have questions or need help of ANY kind during your trip. You are encouraged to call if you have a question or need assistance!
