Helpful Hosts
We absolutely loved it here! The hosts were very helpful sending us emails about local recommendations! Staying in Coral Bay was so peaceful and not far from the beaches and Cruz Bay. Well-equipped with beach chairs, coolers and toys. The laundry was also very helpful. Beautiful view and accurate to the description. 10/10 would recommend 🙂
Loved this house!
The views were incredible. We spent most of our time on the covered porch. Wonderful
breezes and visits from the bananaquits, hummingbirds and occasional geckos were delightful.
The house was comfortable and had a well-stocked kitchen. Each bedroom has its own
bathroom for plenty of privacy. The owner was very responsive and quick to offer advice and
recommendations. We will return!

The home is lovely. Location is beautiful and close to all the best beaches for snorkeling. I can’t wait to return! The third bedroom is a delightful private space, separate from the other living quarters, with a large private bathroom. The home is very private with lush vegetation surrounding you. Every morning, while eating breakfast, we would sit on the deck and play, “How many iguanas can you find?” My family loved this home!

Island Breeze is a wonderful place to stay on the Coral Bay side of St John. The house is perfect for a small family and fully stocked with everything a visitor needs to enjoy cooking, reading, and relaxing in the spa after a day at the beach. Thank you for sharing your home on beautiful St John!
Family Loved It
My family and I loved our stay. The A/C in the bedrooms was great at night. The outdoor seating was perfect. We ate dinner on the deck every night. The kitchen is fully stocked. The house had everything we needed. Love that it was very easy to navigate and close the beaches we enjoy. The view is amazing. Will definitely stay here again!

A Lower Carolina sweet spot
Perfectly located in the Coral Bay Area. A truly beautiful house with easy access to the North Shore and East End beaches. It was very clean and comfortable, with beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and swimming noodles. The views were exceptional. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat and will be recommending it to my friends and family. Thank you Island Breeze!
Slice of heaven
Our stay was perfect! We had all the amenities we needed, close to all the spots we wanted to visit, comfy beds, and a working hot tub! The views were gorgeous. We are so thankful!
